The initiative will develop new uses that transform vacant shops into accessible, low-cost spaces for emerging businesses, SMEs and social enterprises. By creating affordable opportunities for local entrepreneurs and improving the Town Centre experience, this programme supports economic diversification while maintaining building occupancy. Expertise will be sought to include options for implementation of the High Streets Rental Auctions.
