Marketing, branding and communications plan for the town including planning for improved digital connectivity

A fund to include two primary streams aimed at improving digital connectivity in Clacton:
1. A comprehensive Comms & Marketing strategy to re-brand and promote Clacton’s offer for tourists and residents, showcasing attractions, events, accommodation, and dining options through coordinated digital and traditional campaigns, building on the Discover Clacton and Love Clacton platforms.
2. A study to scope and plan for the delivery of open city WiFi infrastructure to enhance visitor experience and digital connectivity for people living and working in Clacton.

This initiative will boost tourism revenue, increase visitor numbers, support local businesses, improve Clacton’s reputation, and create a unified brand identity that attracts both investors, day visitors and longer-stay tourists.
